Timetable of rules

Everything that applies to accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, posted on one board.

1. Eligibility

You need to be 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, to register and play. Whether online gambling is lawful in your country is yours to check.

2. Operator and licence

MAIREKE LIMITADA, a Costa Rica company, runs Lucky Boom Casino and holds the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority licence. The law of the State of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros) applies to these terms.

3. Your account

Each person holds a single account. Give accurate details and make sure the account name is the name on the payment method. Guard your login details.

• Accounts that share a name, device or payment method can be shut without warning.
• Formal requests, including self-exclusion and closing the account, are accepted from your registered email only.

4. Deposits

Deposits must leave a payment instrument in your own name. The smallest deposit is €20, and €40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit.

• Per card: at most 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, capped at €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month.
• Fiat and crypto balances are separate tracks and cannot be joined.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Full KYC comes before each withdrawal: a government photo ID, a selfie holding the document and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, with the same name on all. As an AML rule, deposited funds must first be wagered at least three times.

• You can withdraw from €40 upwards, and each request is checked within 2 business days.
• Winnings outside the jackpots are limited to €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month, while jackpot wins have no limit.
• A withdrawal above a method's per-transaction limit can be paid in instalments.
• A pending withdrawal can be called back before it completes, and the money returns to your playing balance.

6. Bonuses

Activate a bonus in the profile ahead of the qualifying deposit, because it cannot be added later. Only one bonus can run at a time.

• The welcome package wagers ×40, the first live bonus ×15.
• Stake limit while wagering: €5 per spin or round, €1 on the first deposit bonus.
• Slots count for 100%, live casino for 10%, table games and video poker for nothing.
• Bonus wins top out at €10,000 across all bonuses, and the cash-out after wagering at ten times the original bonus.
• Asking for a withdrawal while a bonus runs cancels that bonus and its bonus balance.

7. Dormant accounts

After six months in a row without activity, €10 a month is taken while the account still holds a positive balance.
